Refund policy

At The Cloudy Canvas, each Onesie Paint Kit is prepared and personalized for your event, so all sales are final once an order is placed. Because of the customized, made-to-order nature of our kits, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@thecloudycanvas.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and  a photo of the issue. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

Non-Customized Items

Items purchased without customization (such as our “Just the Onesies” kits) may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs.
